Donna Lane, PsyD

As the Supervising Psychologist and Co-Director of the Peer Counseling Program, along with Co-Director Sheila Segal, MFT,  Dr. Lane supervises 20-plus volunteer Peer Counselors who provide individual and support group counseling to seniors dealing with age-related issues.  Dr. Lane was educated in the San Fernando Valley, graduating from CSUN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1981. She worked for seven years as a Counselor at the San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center, helping individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. In addition, Dr. Lane worked as a Case Manager for 18 years at the North Los Angeles County Regional Center focusing on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In 2010, she obtained her doctorate degree with an emphasis in Forensic Psychology. She currently is also the Clinical Supervisor of the Lane Wellness Center in Lake Balboa and has a private practice in Encino.
