Established in 1911, the world-renowned Club is the third oldest polo facility in America and the premier equestrian polo club in the western U.S.! In 2011, Prince William played here. Even if you know nothing about polo, you’ll love this unique opportunity to experience this sport. The pre-match festivities, including the Polo Pony Parade, are a real treat! Remember that scene in the film “Pretty Woman”?... you too can join in on the fun of turning over the divots made by the galloping horses. Discover the natural environment of Channel Islands National Park, without going ashore! As we cross the channel to Anacapa Island, the journey may be highlighted by sightings of dolphins, sea lions and seals. Just 12 miles from the California coast, Anacapa Island is a small volcanic island and the closest of the Channel Islands. Our three-hour narrated wildlife cruise travels along Anacapa’s rugged and scenic north shore (this is a non-landing cruise). Prior to the cruise, enjoy time at leisure to browse the shops and enjoy an early lunch on your own in the scenic Ventura Harbor Village. We’ll also visit the Channel Islands National Park Visitor Center. We’ll take the scenic route home along Pacific Coast Highway.Suggested: rubber-soled walking shoes and a sweater or jacket as it can be cool on the water.
