Carmen Skinner oversees Operations at WISE & Healthy Aging. She is responsible for the efficient operation, management and maintenance all office and building facilities, equipment and property; computer, telephone, voice mail and building systems; and inventories and storage of records and furnishings. Ms. Skinner oversees building security and compliance with all government regulations such as CAL/OSHA and negotiates, monitors and manages vendor performance and contracts related to buildings, maintenance or equipment.
